Job Opportunity: MBR Dental is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.
About the Role: As a Lead Dentist, you will be responsible for managing a mixed list of patients and supporting other clinicians at the practice. You will also be expected to ensure quality is being delivered, assist clinical advisors, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a mixed list of patients, providing high-quality dental care and services.
- Support other clinicians at the practice, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Assist clinical advisors in providing guidance and support to dentists and other staff members.
- Manage KPIs, including patient satisfaction, treatment outcomes, and practice performance.
- Participate in the development and implementation of practice policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve practice goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Must be GDC registered and have an active performer number.
- Must have a valid DBS check.
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Dentistry (or equivalent).
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in Dentistry (or equivalent).
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: £86,992.00-£96,709.00 per year.
- Enhanced UDA rate plus 50% Private earnings.
- Incentive scheme allowing for up to 65% of Private revenue.
- Optional co-funding on postgraduate training.
- Full clinical freedom.
Work Environment:
- 3 surgery mixed practice.
- Computerised (SOE) with Digital X-Rays.
