Revenue Controller

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Controller to join our team at a reputable legal firm in Southampton. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with partners and fee earners, reviewing WIP and accounts receivable to optimize firm performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and fee earners to ensure accurate billing and timely payment.
- Regularly review WIP and accounts receivable to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost firm performance.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to the Group Finance Director, Partners, Revenue Manager, and Head of Financial Operations.
- Track and analyze significant WIP and debt balances at both Partner and office levels to assess their impact on financial targets.
- Alert partners to overdue accounts and provide advice on resolution.
- Support the credit control team to meet cash targets and manage accounts effectively.
- Monitor and address issues with timesheets and incorrect time recording.
- Manage Ebilling clients and ensure timely invoice submissions through Ebilling portals.
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role within a law firm.
- Relevant experience as a Credit Controller, Credit Control Administrator, or Credit Control Manager.
- Prior experience with 3E and EBilling Hub software.
- Knowledge of Elite Enterprise would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with system change management would be desirable.
- Excellent communication skills.
