Position Overview:
We are seeking Registered Nurses who hold a valid NMC pin number to contribute to our mission of enhancing the lives of our residents. Our goal is to bring joy, happiness, and fulfillment through exceptional care and services, always aiming for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to residents.
- Lead the nursing team to achieve positive outcomes for those in our care.
- Maintain clear and effective communication, both verbally and in writing, ensuring accurate documentation of resident status and updates to the senior care team.
- Manage wound care effectively.
- Ensure adherence to care policies and procedures.
- Oversee the ordering, administration, and documentation of medications in compliance with regulations.
- Provide essential personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Offer physical, emotional, and spiritual support to residents.
- Conduct staff supervision and performance evaluations for assigned team members.
- Implement agreed-upon changes in routines and procedures in collaboration with management.
- Assess potential clients and residents for care suitability.
- Assist in the completion of duty rosters as needed.
- Conduct internal quality audits as directed by management.
- Engage in the training and development of staff across all levels.
- Support management in adhering to budgetary constraints, particularly in deputy management roles.
