Security Officer

We are seeking a skilled Security Officer to join our team at Securitas Security Services. As a Day Security Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the security and safety of our clients' properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure the protection of the property, company assets, and visiting customers and employees
- Work as part of the site security team to ensure a safe and secure environment
- Conduct internal and external patrols, as well as other security duties, in various weather conditions
- Register contractors, issue temporary badges, book in/out cars, and direct visitors
- Provide a visible and proactive security presence for all on-site employees and visitors
- Control access to the site at multiple control points, vehicle barriers, and reception stations
- Monitor CCTV systems
- Experience with gatehouse operations, CCTV use, and Access Control passes
- Minimum 2-3 years of security experience
- SIA Licence
- Full UK Driving Licence with own transport due to the location of sites
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Right to work in the UK and 5-year checkable history
- Ability to pass a high level of security clearance
- IT Literate
