Job Summary
We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Stockroom Supervisor. As a key member of our store operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient stockroom experience for our customers. This includes receiving, unpacking, and putting away goods, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and providing top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stockroom operations, including receiving, unpacking, and putting away goods
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring 100% stockroom cleanliness and organization
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and putting away goods, both in the warehouse and in the store
- Provide exceptional customer service, offering our customers a top-notch shopping experience
- Assist in maintaining a positive and productive team environment
Requirements
- Outgoing and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as receiving and putting away goods
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
