Position Overview

The ideal candidate will possess the capability to handle substantial volumes of InDesign mechanicals, updating them with color-enhanced images and generating PDFs for validation. Precision under demanding circumstances is essential.
A comprehensive understanding of project dynamics is required, including knowledge of incoming files, those pending approval, and those ready for print.
Familiarity with printing processes, printers, lamination, and profile cutting is advantageous; however, a strong willingness to learn is equally important.

  • Expertise in color management, color correction, and image retouching using Adobe Photoshop
  • Proficient understanding of file types, resolution, and color profiles for various formats
  • Capability to manage large quantities of images while adhering to tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of digital photography and lighting methodologies
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to ensure consistency across numerous images
  • Collaborative approach and readiness to engage with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment
  • Adaptability to evolving project requirements and priorities

Support for the Creative Design Manager:

In addition to responsibilities related to Project Jupiter, the candidate will assist the Creative Design Manager with daily tasks, which may include but are not limited to:
● Providing guidance for customer inquiries related to both large and small formats
● Designing, creating, and producing artwork and signage for internal and external graphics
● Developing artwork for all company media platforms
● Aiding in the creation of impactful media campaigns
● Producing both hard copy and digital media, including guides, flyers, and posters
● Creating motion graphic content for digital displays, websites, and media platforms
