We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing professional to join our team as a Group Marketing Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional to take on a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and enhance our brand presence.

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels to promote our brand and drive business growth.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and target audiences, and provide insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Support the development of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and presentations, to promote our brand and services.
• Manage and update our website content and social media platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies.
• Provide support to all group companies, including developing marketing materials and providing marketing guidance.
• Visit our construction sites to collect content and immerse yourself in the construction process.

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the construction sector.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, including digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a full UK driving license.
