MHDV is seeking a skilled Coffee Connoisseur to join our team. As a Barista Extraordinaire, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and products in a fast-paced coffee bar setting. Your role will involve working closely with the Team Manager to motivate the team, manage your business, and understand what makes great customer service great. You will be passionate about fresh food, proper coffee, and great customer service, and will be committed to delivering the highest standards in the industry. The introduction of We Proudly Serve Starbucks into our brand means that we offer a wide range of Starbucks beverages, from espresso-based classics to iced beverages and hot chocolate drinks. Your efforts will go towards delivering fantastic service and products that meet and exceed our guest expectations. You will lead your shift to deliver great coffee, great food, and great service every time, with the passion that we pride ourselves on. Key responsibilities include:
