Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Line Chef to join our kitchen team. As a Line Chef, you will be responsible for preparing food orders to our high standards and working closely with other kitchen crew members to ensure seamless service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare food orders to Archie's specifications and timings
  • Undertake food preparation as instructed by the Kitchen Manager, Kitchen Assistant Manager, or Kitchen Supervisor
  • Organize and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Record keeping in line with Due Diligence rules
  • Adhere to menu and portion sizes
  • Follow health and safety procedures
