About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to undertake high-quality research within an outstanding academic and clinical environment. As a Clinical Lecturer, you will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to advancing medical knowledge and improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct high-quality research in Clinical Oncology, Medical Virology, or Medical Microbiology
- Develop and implement research projects that align with the department's strategic objectives
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve research goals and objectives
- Contribute to the development of research proposals and grant applications
- Supervise and mentor junior researchers and students
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A PhD or equivalent in a relevant field
- Full GMC registration and a current National Training Number NTN/NTN(A) in Clinical Oncology, Medical Virology, or Medical Microbiology
- Excellent research and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- A salary of £39,260pa - £68,478 pa StR
- A salary of £43,923pa - £63,152 pa Nodal (ST3 and above)
