Academic Mentor Opportunity

Clarus Education Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate to join their team as an Academic Mentor at an Outstanding Lewisham secondary school.

About the Role

As an Academic Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students within the Science department with their academic progress and well-being. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Running small, targeted interventions in groups and 1:1 for students who are struggling academically
  • Running booster sessions for students inside and outside of the classroom across science-related subjects
  • Supporting class teachers across different subjects and supporting students' development academically
