We are seeking an experienced Deputy Nurse Manager to join our team at Black Fox Solutions in the Lisnaskea area. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff, ensuring effective patient care, and maintaining smooth operations within your unit.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee nursing staff and ensure effective patient care
- Maintain smooth operations within your unit
- Work closely with a highly motivated team to provide the highest quality care to residents
- Carry out administration of medicines according to policy and procedure
- Keep clear and accurate records at all times
- Provide clinical care where required
- Assist the Nurse Manager and manage your team of nurses in the home
- Enhanced overtime rates
- Enhanced bank holiday rates
- Provided meals
- Ongoing training
- Fully qualified General Nurse, Mental health nurse or Learning disability nurse
- 6+ months of Nursing/Charge Nurse experience
- Valid NMC registration
