As a key member of our clinical services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, cost-effective clinical and non-clinical services to patients and clients.
About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide specialist geriatric care to assigned patients and clients, and will be responsible for:
- Delivering specialist geriatric care to assigned patients and clients within your scope of clinical practice.
- Providing high-level expertise, consultation, and advice to patients, general practitioners, and the department as needed.
- Participating actively in quality improvement, risk management, peer review, morbidity and mortality meetings, and audits.
- Undertaking self-initiated reflective practice and maintenance of continuing professional development to maintain professional competence and expertise.
- Providing clinical governance and supervision of staff reporting to you, including junior medical staff.
