About the Role

GSR-RECRUITS LTD is seeking a skilled CMM Programmer/Setter to join our team. As a CMM Programmer/Setter, you will be responsible for operating and programming CMM machines, performing dimensional inspections, and developing measurement programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CMM machines using established programs and create new programs as needed.
  • Perform dimensional inspections on products using CMM, Verniers, micrometers, and height gauges.
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections on products per procedures.
  • Develop and modify CMM measurement programs using appropriate software.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to create accurate measurement routines.
Requirements
  • Ability to effectively read and understand drawings, engineering documents, purchase orders, inspection manuals, and procedures.
  • Strong metrology, drawing reading, and GD&T interpretation skills.
  • Practical experience performing in-process and final inspections.
  • Experience using various mechanical inspection tools.
Desirable Skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience programming/operating CMMs.
