Exciting Opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Questech Recruitment Ltd. As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems and machinery.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Implement preventative maintenance schedules to enhance equipment reliability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts inventory.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Apprentice Trained.
  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
