ICT Risk Management Specialist

Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen (Helaba) is seeking a highly skilled ICT Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in identifying, analyzing, and assessing risks to ensure the bank's IT systems and infrastructure are secure and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Your Responsibilities:- Coordinate IT risk management activities and collaborate with relevant departments to identify and mitigate risks.
- Advise management on risk-related decisions and monitor the implementation of risk mitigation measures.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and projects to enhance the bank's risk posture.
- Review internal and external audit reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the creation of management-compliant reports on the risk situation and risk management.
- Completed studies or equivalent training in a relevant field.
- Experience in IT risk management, compliance, or governance.
- Strong knowledge of risk management processes, frameworks, and tools.
- Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements for IT in the financial sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
