**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and write bid proposals for Soft FM contracts, ensuring they are tailored to meet the specific requirements of each opportunity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for bid submissions, ensuring all bids are compliant with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Manage multiple bids simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and ensuring the timely submission of all bid documents.
  • Develop and maintain a library of standard bid content and templates, ensuring consistency and efficiency in our bid process.
  • Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to inform our bid strategy.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience as a Bid Content Specialist, preferably in the Soft FM sector.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to produce accurate and persuasive content.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
