Taking charge of the review and refinement of our Business Impact Analysis (BIA) across various regions, you will evaluate recovery needs and the impact of potential disruptions on our operations. Furthermore, you will enhance our Business Continuity Plans by integrating necessary adjustments to our operational processes and recovery strategies, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the evaluation of Business Continuity programs through comprehensive testing, identifying enhancements to improve resilience and readiness.
- Remain informed about local regulatory requirements for business continuity and ensure their seamless integration into our operational framework.
- Initiate and manage the review and update of the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) across multiple regions, assessing recovery needs and business impacts to optimize response capabilities.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that Business Continuity Plans reflect the evolving operational landscape and recovery requirements.
- Promote a culture of preparedness by providing training and support to staff, encouraging a proactive approach to business continuity.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience in Business Continuity Management, with a proven record of implementing effective BCM strategies in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of BCM methodologies, tools, and frameworks, particularly those that leverage technology solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of local regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to business continuity.
- Proficient in conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and developing recovery strategies to mitigate potential disruptions.
- Ability to lead and facilitate testing exercises for Business Continuity Plans, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing necessary changes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think critically in dynamic situations to enhance resilience.
