Key Responsibilities:
- Support children and young people with their personal, social, emotional, physical, and health care needs
- Assist in the design of innovative and creative play opportunities to maximize opportunities for disabled children and young people to achieve their potential
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users
- Participate in the development and implementation of individual care plans
- Contribute to a supportive and inclusive team environment
Requirements:
- Good general education and ability to undertake relevant training
- Knowledge of disabilities and ability to support children and young people with complex needs
- Ability to work flexibly, including every other weekend and bank holidays
- Willingness to complete the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
