At Constellation Careers, we are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Kitchen Porters. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by being polite, prompt, and friendly to all colleagues and guests.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and front-of-house colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Ensure all cutlery, crockery, and glassware are professionally cleaned before and after use, and maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen work areas during and after use, and remove kitchen waste to the designated area.
  • Assist with the setup and clear-down of your area, ready for the next service.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Operate cleaning machinery as trained and in accordance with company policy.
  • Comply with all company and unit policies regarding Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling, and COSHH.
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
