Job Title: Registered Manager

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our care home team in providing high-quality care to adults with mental health issues, learning difficulties, brain injuries, and old age.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of staff members to deliver outstanding, personalized care to residents.
  • Ensure compliance with the new CQC framework and maintain a high standard of care.
  • Manage a residential care setting, including day care services and respite care.

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Level 5 or working towards in care management.
  • Proven experience in a residential care setting, preferably in a care home environment.
  • Awareness of the new CQC framework and ability to implement it effectively.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external partners.
