Senior Associate - Commercial Litigation

Burges Salmon is seeking a highly skilled Solicitor with at least 6 years' PQE to join our leading team of commercial litigation lawyers in Bristol.

The Role

As a Senior Associate, you will work on complex and high-value commercial litigation cases, including contractual disputes, corporate/shareholder disputes, professional negligence, fraud, insurance, and financial services/banking disputes.

The Team

Our 100+ strong team of lawyers work on a diverse range of complex challenges facing our clients. We focus on outcomes, not just process.

Requirements
  • Relevant experience working on high-quality commercial litigation in the High Court or before leading arbitration bodies.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage a complex and varied workload effectively.
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn.
  • SRA registered lawyer.
