We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join a prominent Facilities Management organization. This role involves working across various locations, providing essential electrical services.


Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful applicant will possess a robust electrical background, holding qualifications such as NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in electrical installations or maintenance, along with the 18th Edition certification as a minimum requirement.


Role Overview:
This position entails collaborating with a dedicated team at multiple retail sites, performing a variety of maintenance tasks. The primary focus will be on executing both planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.


Key Responsibilities:
- Assist fellow technicians with both major and minor maintenance tasks.
- Complete all necessary Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance schedules within designated timeframes, ensuring all documentation is accurately maintained.
- Prioritize and execute minor maintenance and repair tasks within agreed timelines.
- Ensure that all tools and equipment required for maintenance and repairs are readily available and in good working condition.
- While primarily assigned to a specific area for PPM, you may be required to attend other sites as needed.
- Collaborate with company and client personnel to uphold established quality standards.
- Represent the organization professionally at all times, fostering positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Perform all tasks in accordance with defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Accurately monitor and update the Mercury system, ensuring real-time job updates from yourself and your team.


Qualifications:
- NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in electrical installations/maintenance or recognized apprenticeship equivalent.
- 18th Edition certification.


Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Basic Salary - £38,377 (including standby).
- Call Out - 1 in 4.
- Paid Travel Time.
- Overtime rates: 1.5x Monday - Friday, 2x Weekends.
