Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Starbucks in Forfar. As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food products
  • Provide outstanding customer service and engage with customers to ensure a positive experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

  • Previous customer service experience is desirable, but not essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity
