Job Overview:

In this position, you will be tasked with assembling final products tailored to individual customer requirements, ensuring that all components adhere to rigorous quality standards.

Your exceptional attention to detail and ability to detect and report any faults or quality discrepancies will be vital in upholding the integrity and performance of our offerings.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately assemble final products in accordance with customer specifications and company guidelines.
  • Thoroughly inspect all components and assembled products to ensure compliance with stringent quality standards before and after assembly.
  • Promptly report any faults or quality issues to the relevant personnel.
  • Conduct comprehensive quality control assessments, including testing assembled products for defects, errors, and quality concerns to confirm functionality, durability, and aesthetic perfection.
  • Utilize basic mechanical tools, such as screwdrivers, with precision and care.
  • Maintain precise records of assembly processes and quality control evaluations using computer systems.
  • Effectively manage time to ensure timely completion of assembly tasks without compromising quality.
  • Collaborate efficiently with team members and supervisors to promote a smooth workflow and continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during assembly operations.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within a medical device or precision manufacturing setting.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and proficiency in using mechanical tools and equipment.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient computer skills, including the ability to navigate software applications.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Zoho CRM and Google Forms is advantageous.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies (training provided).
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong timekeeping skills and the capacity to work with minimal supervision.
