Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team at Sphere Digital Recruitment. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our clients to design and implement targeted customer acquisition campaigns based on data analysis.
  • Analyse performance of A/B testing on various acquisition strategies to identify the most effective interventions.
  • Develop forecasting models to predict future churn rates based on historical data and traffic trends.
  • Partner with Product, Editorial, and Customer Success teams to align acquisition strategies with overall business goals.
  • Work with CLV models and drive subscription acquisition.
  • Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to subscriber acquisition from various sources (e.g., website analytics, CRM systems, marketing campaigns).

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency with SQL and dashboarding tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Looker)
  • At least 4+ years experience in marketing/acquisition analytics
  • Great experience and understanding of a subscription business model and ideally a media background
