Role Summary
In the capacity of a Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA), your primary responsibility will be to meticulously evaluate and estimate vehicle damage, ensuring that all repairs adhere to industry standards. Your expertise will play a vital role in upholding our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Duties
Perform comprehensive inspections of damaged vehicles to assess the necessary repairs. Generate precise and detailed estimates utilizing industry-standard software (e.g., Audatex). Communicate effectively with customers, insurance representatives, and technicians to facilitate smooth claims processing. Ensure all estimates align with manufacturer and insurance protocols. Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and keeping clients updated throughout the repair journey. Oversee the repair process and maintain quality assurance. Keep accurate documentation of all assessments and repairs.Qualifications
Demonstrated experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) within the automotive repair sector. In-depth knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and damage evaluation. Proficient in using estimating software (e.g., Audatex). Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
