Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic Sales Associate to join our team. As a Mandarin-speaking sales professional, you will be responsible for attracting high-end clients to our store, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our luxury products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized attention and assistance to clients, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Engage with clients through outreach initiatives and creative events to drive sales and expand the customer base.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting Hästens products and services with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Lead by example and coach colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service and sales performance.
  • Maintain a welcoming, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve clients.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Proven successful sales experience in luxury retail, with at least 2-3 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated success working with clienteling and outreach.
  • CRM experience.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree from a university.
