We are seeking a reliable and skilled Wirestores Operative to join our team at Bamford Contract Services Ltd in Rochdale. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for locating and issuing steel bars to required machines, unloading incoming deliveries, and entering deliveries onto our internal stock system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Locate and issue steel bars to required machines
- Unload incoming deliveries
- Enter deliveries onto internal stock system
- Operate overhead cranes (experience preferred)
- Drive a forklift truck (internal training provided if required)
Requirements:
- Factory-based manufacturing background
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects
