Manufacturing Technician

Position Summary:
We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe operation of production machinery and the efficient loading of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate production line equipment and machinery.
• Load machines with necessary materials for production.
• Ensure that all production processes are conducted in a clean and efficient manner.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production cycle.
• Accurately record production data, including quality checks and quantities.
• Assist in the packing and warehousing of finished products as per customer specifications.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and advance within the company.

Requirements:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Possess a valid driving license and have access to personal transportation.
• Be physically capable of lifting items weighing up to 25kg.
• Willingness to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, including 12-hour shifts (both day and night).
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is essential.

Compensation:
The starting salary for this position is £13.35 per hour, with opportunities for pay increases as training progresses. Overtime is available at a rate of x1.5.
