Care in Mind is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist/Therapist to join our team of professionals dedicated to supporting young people with complex mental health difficulties in specialist residential placements.
About the Role:- Provide psychological assessment and treatment to young people with severe and enduring mental health disorders.
- Work closely and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide intensive, integrative, and innovative interventions.
- Develop excellent leadership and communication skills within a complex multidisciplinary and multiagency system.
- Contribute to policy and service development, and engage in CPD.
You will join our supportive team of Clinical Psychologists, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Psychiatrists, and Psychological Therapists, providing direct clinical input, systemic interventions, and assessment for young people with complex mental health difficulties.
Requirements:- Doctoral level training in clinical, counselling, health, or forensic Psychology, including two or more distinct psychological therapies.
- Current registration with HCPC.
- Minimum of twelve months post-qualification experience or appropriate experience in training to join us at a preceptorship level.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience of specialist psychological assessment and treatment of clients across the full range of care settings.
- Experience of working multi-disciplinary team working and interagency collaboration.
