Research Manager, Investor Engagement

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Manager, Investor Engagement to join our team at PEI Group. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for leading a team of researchers in gathering insights from institutional investors globally.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain relationships with private markets investment professionals through regular communications.
- Develop effective strategies to gather valuable insights from the global investment community.
- Populate PEI's structured database with information sourced from investors.
- Write high-quality profiles of investors' future investment plans.
- Monitor and achieve key success measures for the team, including number of outbound calls/emails made and number/quality of successful interactions.
- Professional experience gained in a research environment in a similar complex organisation.
- Ability or willingness to learn the dynamics of the private markets industry.
- Working knowledge of financial markets preferably within the private markets asset classes.
- Team-oriented with the ability to take an agile work approach and be adaptable to change.
- Confident to talk to senior private market executives about their investment plans.
