Senior Quality Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join our team at AES. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our medical devices and maintaining our ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certifications.

About the Role

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS), identifying and addressing quality issues, and leading or monitoring investigations and corrective actions. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining our 8D and Six Sigma processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our QMS, ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001
  • Identify and address quality issues, leading or monitoring investigations and corrective actions
  • Implement and maintain our 8D and Six Sigma processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance
  • Develop and implement quality training programs for employees
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education to Degree or HND level or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001, as well as MDD and MDR 2002
  • Experience in managing and maintaining QMS
  • Knowledge of 8D and Six Sigma processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
