About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team at Wood Care Group. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' living spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the care home.
  • Conduct regular cleaning schedules, including dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting.
  • Maintain the organization and tidiness of residents' rooms and communal areas.
  • Assist with laundry and linen duties.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the care home.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a care home or cleaning environment is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
