About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Superdrug. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and support staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacies and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of pharmacists and support staff to achieve business objectives and targets.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including stock control, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with regional healthcare managers to achieve business objectives and share best practices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including GPhC standards and NHS pharmacy funding.
Requirements
- Must be a GPhC qualified pharmacist with a strong understanding of NHS pharmacy funding and commercial operations.
- Preferably with experience of working in a community pharmacy setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
