Support Worker Position Overview

We are seeking passionate and empathetic Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting individuals with their daily living needs, fostering independence, and creating a positive and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and support to individuals in their homes and communities.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
  • Encourage social interaction and participation in community activities.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for individuals.
  • Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and other support staff to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

While prior experience in healthcare is beneficial, it is not essential. We provide comprehensive training to all our Support Workers. The most important qualities we seek are a genuine passion for helping others, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing compassionate care.
