Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the finance manager across various financial functions. This position includes overseeing a team of two finance assistants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the payroll team leader with internal payroll operations
  • Oversee the weekly payroll procedures
  • Manage credit control, purchase ledger, and expense processes
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Support the Finance Manager with commercial analysis and external reporting
  • Assist in internal and external audit processes
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as required of a financial assistant manager
Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of experience in a financial role.
  • AAT (Level 4) qualification or a degree in Finance
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, and professional with a focus on performance
  • Competitive salary range of £33,000 - £36,000 based on experience, along with training support after the probation period

* 25 days of annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, and an additional day off for your birthday after the probation period.
