Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and prepare healthy and varied meals for 30 children
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain high standards
  • Attend staff meetings and contribute to the development of the kitchen
Requirements
  • Minimum Level 2 in Basic Food Hygiene
  • A Level 2/Level 3 NVQ in food processing/catering or supervision of food safety in catering
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a nursery setting or commercial kitchen
