Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers by entering data into the accounting system.
  • Drive credit control activities, including raising client invoices and recording receipts.
  • Coding all invoices and expenses, ensuring authorization according to established processes.
  • Record and maintain accurate records of receipts.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including preparing, scanning, and filing documentation.
  • Organize procurement activities, ensuring requests are authorized by relevant department heads and creating purchase orders.
