About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join our team at Positive Recruitment Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our client's e-commerce platform, specializing in renewable energy products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement
  • Manage and maintain the client's e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless user experience
  • Liaise with the Managing Director to understand market trends and customer needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create marketing materials and campaigns to support product launches and promotions
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business growth
Requirements
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the renewable energy sector
  • Relevant degree or education in a related field
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and e-commerce platforms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Passion for sustainability and environmental issues
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • 20 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays and a week's leave over Christmas
