Sales Manager

A rapidly expanding manufacturer of plastic products is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with expertise in injection moulding solutions to drive business growth and expand relationships with existing clients.
With a strong and growing pipeline of orders and the capacity to take on additional clients, this well-established company, operating across multiple UK locations, offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a close-knit team of Sales Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales leads, while expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Drive market awareness and increase sales through proactive direct and indirect marketing initiatives.
- Prepare detailed quotations and determine final sales prices.
- Provide regular customer support and management, including onsite visits.
- Expand the sales database by actively sourcing new prospects through a variety of strategic activities.
Requirements:
- Experience selling moulding services and products.
- Good knowledge of Injection Moulding processing and the tooling involved.
- Engineering background with a relevant qualification.
- Ability to generate quotes/estimates.
- Excellent business acumen and negotiation skills.
