In this pivotal role, you'll oversee all financial operations, maintain robust internal controls, and foster a positive working environment. Additionally, you'll lead company initiatives aimed at improving the studio's performance and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day finance functions for the company
  • Act as an advisor to the Board for all finance-related matters

  • Provide monthly reporting/commentary and overview of the company's financials
  • Identify and manage financial risks
  • Ensure compliance across all financial aspects of the business
  • Develop and mentor Finance Assistant

Key Skills/Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar position ideally within the built environment
  • CIMA/ACA/ACCA is desirable
  • Experience of Xero is beneficial
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent leadership qualities
  • Consultative, confident, and strategic
