Greenwell Gleeson is seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join a thriving organization. The ideal candidate will possess experience in managing high-volume accounts within a B2B, fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee approximately 500 client accounts
- Assist with cash allocation processes
- Follow up on overdue payments
- Conduct credit limit assessments as needed
- Document customer inquiries
- Perform account reconciliations
- Communicate effectively with branches and clients
- Issue Dunning letters
- Identify cases requiring legal intervention
- Process debit and credit card transactions
- Provide support to team members as necessary
- Handle additional tasks as they arise
