Assistant Store Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and reputable company as an Assistant Store Manager in their Decorating Centre in Salisbury. As a key member of the store team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing colleagues, analysing financial reports, and providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a management or supervisory role, with a strong focus on customer service and team leadership. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store
- Manage colleagues and provide guidance and support as needed
- Analyse financial reports and provide insights to the Store Manager
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
