About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Trainee Service Engineer to join our team. As a Trainee Service Engineer, you will be responsible for fault finding and testing electrical components, mechanically working with hydraulics and pneumatics, and commissioning, maintaining and servicing CNC machines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fault finding and testing electrical components, including contactors, overloads, relay boards, single and three phase kit
  • Mechanically working with hydraulics, pneumatics, spindals, servo motors
  • Commissioning, maintaining and servicing CNC machines
  • Staying away multiple times a week to perform reactive maintenance
  • Utilising the company van to travel around your patch
About You

We are looking for a candidate with experience working in a mechanic, aircraft fitting, vehicle technician, or service engineering background. You should have a proven track record of working effectively within a team and individually, and an open attitude to working in any type of industry. A full UK drivers' licence is also required.
