We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Safety Engineer to join our team at KBR Consulting International. As a Technical Safety Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our clients' projects.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct risk assessments and develop safety strategies for complex projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement safe and efficient processes
- Develop and maintain safety procedures and guidelines
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams
- BEng or equivalent in science or engineering (typically Chemical Engineering or Environmental Sciences)
- Masters degree in Engineering or Science (Chemical Engineering, Process Safety, Environmental Sciences preferred)
- Relevant experience in the oil and gas, refining, petrochemicals, renewables, or energy transition sectors
- Strong understanding of safety system design, including firewater and blast protection
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
