**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our finance team. As a key member of our team, you will report to the Global Financial Controller and play a pivotal role in improving financial processes and controls.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement a new accounting system, Netsuite, and ensure seamless integration with Salesforce and M3tor.
- Collaborate with project managers and data analysts to complete testing, migrate historical data, and set up APIs for Navan, our expense claim app.
- Provide system support within the finance team and become the go-to person for technical queries.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and conduct P&L variance analysis.
- Collaborate closely with the financial controller and auditors for a seamless year-end audit.
- Responsible for VAT returns and support on annual tax reporting.
- Coach and provide technical support to our finance assistants.
- Mentor our AAT trainee as they embark on their qualification journey.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and high performance aligned with our stakeholders' expectations.
**Requirements**
- Newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) – would suit first move out of practice.
- Solid understanding of financial controls, compliance, and risk management.
- Comfortable exploring financial software and ERP systems.
