Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for engineers and managers, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage the in-house database system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is recorded.
  • Book engineers to assist with breakdowns, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.
  • Liaise with customers to ensure their requirements are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule preventative planned maintenance with internal engineers and sub-contractors, ensuring work is completed within service level agreement requirements.
  • Monitor hours, plans, and expenditure to create management reports, providing valuable insights for project managers.

Company Benefits:

Salary and Hours:

  • £23,000 - £26,000 per annum.
  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
