Job Title: Management Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team in Reigate, Surrey. Our client is a Multi Award Winning Business, recognized as one of the "Best Workplaces".

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, monitoring spend against budget and providing clear financial information and advice.
  • Develop and maintain significant relationships with stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and process improvements.
  • Manage and develop the Purchase Ledger and Finance Assistant, supporting payroll functionality and improving policies and systems.
  • Lead, deliver, and develop projects inclusively, driving business growth and financial architecture.
Requirements:
  • Background as a Management Accountant or Finance Manager, with experience in a multi-departmental organization.
  • Strong analytical and goal-oriented skills, with excellent Excel and IT skills and ability to use finance systems and databases.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with people management skills desirable but not essential.
  • Open about qualifications, with the option to be qualified by experience or studying for an Accountancy Qualification.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary of £45,000 - £51,800.
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
  • 9-5 hours, 35 hour working week, with flexible start and finish times.
