Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing kitchen team to deliver high-quality pizzas and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement menu concepts, recipes, and cooking techniques to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business strategy, improve processes, and achieve company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of £35,500 - £45,000 per annum, plus tronc and bonus opportunities.
  • A 45-hour workweek over 5 days, with opportunities for career development and growth.
